REFUND POLICY

At MONTE VITSO, we are committed to providing a premium shopping experience and ensuring our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.

  • Certain products, including custom-made items, perishable goods, gift cards, and final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for specific eligibility details.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

While a return label may be provided to facilitate the process, the cost of return shipping remains the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated or required by law.

In some cases, customers may be instructed to return products to one of our international warehouses. In these situations, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

REFUNDS

Partial Refunds

  • The returned item is not in its original condition.

  • The item is damaged for reasons not caused by MONTE VITSO.

  • Parts or accessories are missing.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund:
