SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with USPS, DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. All orders come with trackable shipping so you can stay updated at every step.

CURRENT WAREHOUSE UPDATE

We’re currently moving to a larger warehouse to better serve you. During this transition, some shipments may experience slight delays. Once the move is complete, product prices will increase.

SIZING NOTE

To ensure the best fit, orders will include items two sizes larger by default unless specified otherwise during checkout.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country. MONTE VITSO is not liable for customs-related delays or fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

ORDER TRACKING

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, reach out immediately after purchase. Cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun. If shipped, the order will need to be returned instead.

SHIPPING ISSUES

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We are not liable for shipments sent to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

Deliveries may be delayed due to severe weather conditions, customs clearance, natural disasters, or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. If needed, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, rerouting may not be possible.

PRE-ORDERS

If you order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your entire order will ship once all items are available. Split shipping is not currently supported.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain countries may experience extended transit times, limited tracking updates, or import bans. We advise checking your country’s import guidelines before ordering.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS

During holiday periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), shipping carriers experience delays due to high volume. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
